Virtual EFT & ERA Set-Up Support

Virtual EFT & ERA Training App where Dental WebSmart supplies the syllabus, daily protocol, instructions, and guidance but, you institute the changes in your practice for a fee of $99 per month.

SERVICES:

1. (Services) shall serve as the glossary of all Company provided services. This platform will guide you through the process of how to set up EFT and ERA with individual Dental insurance carriers. This list is deemed exhaustive and may be changed by the Company in its sole discretion at any time.

2. For purposes of this Agreement, Dental WebSmart Insurance Solutions acknowledges the requirement to execute support training through Dental EFT & ERA Technology App for the Client.

AGREEMENTS:

1. The initial term of this Agreement shall have full access to EFT & ERA Technology App. The Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by providing the Client with thirty (30) days notice of intent to terminate the Agreement.

2. Client is granted access, revocable, non-exclusive, use of Company Services for the sole purpose of training and support of materials. This agreement does not grant Client or anyone else the right to copy Dental WebSmart Consulting Services or to use it for any other purpose than the express purpose stated herein.
